Yeah, I went to check the estuary because the stormy high surf situation is causing rapid and impressive changes in the landscape. I see this lone gladiator rigging at the base of the cliff on a sliver of loggy beach that was about to get drowned by the high tide.
In some ways an estuary like this is more hazardous than the open beaches. So much water moving around and out. I helped our intermediate hero launch and watched him execute some tacks and even a floaty boost before the Trollatorium got the better of him.
As it happened, Barfly was driving by the high school where he washed up and was able to assist with the exit.
Zip, you're stoke is inspiring! I hope you got your board back!

Impressive. That's a lot of water in that place. I think that island used to be about 12ft high.

Haha great meeting you! I was super stoked until the wind picked up. That 10m sits too deep and got way too powerful for me, ended up in a swim thanks to the kiter who grabbed the kite for me in the end.
Hope someone finds the board

Thanks barfly just checked with them no luck but they said they'll keep an eye on it.
Hoping it'll turn up at some point, had my name and # on the board.
