Need a cool kite spot

I am looking for input as to where to kite.

I have about 5 weeks to go kite starting about June 1.

We are looking for an island destination, probably in the Pacific. As opposed to Morocco or the Med or something.

We want kiting and surfing that can be done from a beach and without the use of a boat.

It would be nice to have the lodging close enough to surf and kite without getting in a car.

Needs to be cheaper than Maui, The gorge or Cabarete.

Maybe Indo, Marshall islands, Guam, New Caledonia, Cook isles, Fiji ?

Do not need luxury, just a cheap beach shack and inexpensive food, friendly locals.

Any ideas ?

Haven't been there but have heard the Marshall Islands have some pretty fan steady winds.

As Dave at winddance said, "that book can ruin your life". Oh but what a way to go.... Since getting that book, 95% of our vacations have been KB oriented. One of the best purchases I've made.....

Perhaps consider island hoping in Greece. The same goes for Turkey. Super cheap, nice people, chill vibe and windy.
