What spots typically have less of a spread between lull and gust from Dougs to Swell. Rowena has got to be the worst?

Stevenson is tight, followed by swell. I would say Rowena is kind of crapy as well as event site. The moiser Lyle aspect is what I am wondering about...

Mosier is decently steady. Lyle is super gusty.

The lyle/mosier scene is all about the direction of the wind. Gusty more than other places but its gets worse and worse the more southerly the wind gets. The high cliffs create rotors. You don't ride there for the wind conditions.

I find Stevenson and the spot upwind of Well's Island in HR to be the most steady places in the Gorge. Out east can be good, too, depending on wind direction.
