We counted 25 total, including a bunch of NW kiters, at Strawberry on a great powder day with 5 people in the air at the same time, gliding off different hills. Sweet. I heard this weekend and next there are big groups hitting Skyline for fun and festivities.

I have friends in PC to stay with but many cheap motels in Heber 20 mins from Strawberry. Get on 84 in HR and go 700 miles to the end, then east on US40 to Strawbs.
Check Daniel's Summit obs.for north wind in the teens, otherwise opt for Skyline Drive near Fairview(central Utah) which works in all wind direction.
