Sounds like a good plan. Lots of threads here about what you want. Watch for cows and washed out shoulders, I like La Ventana best. |

La Ventana:
Yes, There's plenty of recent threads here on travel in The Baja, and flying into SJD. I just spent 5 weeks there and one pointer I can give you is that most folks I met at Casa Verde in La Ventana where I stayed had very good service for cheap very small rental cars from Cactus car Rental at the airport in SJD. Somewhere around $27-$30 per day.

Also, It's a good idea if you are looking for rideshares, lost boards, activities to temporarily subscribe to the Ventana View newsletter. PM me for instructions as I will not post anyone's email address on this page. _________________ CGKA Member

We love Los Barriles and the crew at Exotikite - Megan, Ian, their cute kids, the coaches - amazing people. Well worth a stop on your Baja tour.....
Enjoy! _________________ www.laureleastman.com
