Moved to PDX in July and haven't yet made it to the coast. Planning to head out early in the am for the day.
From looking around sounds like Manzanita might be a good locale, other suggestions? |

| I would wait till it's windy and the swell builds up. It's mixed swell in short periods for tomorrow. If you're looking to ride waves Manzo is the worst spot.Sets don't come in consistently there and with short periods it's going to look like a boiling cauldron. Saturday looks better. Hit the Fort Stevens downwinder or head south to Newport or Florence. |
