Has anyone been on it this year? I kinda want to go, but don't want to waste a day away from the water unless it's like A-line or at least like Crankitup. bcito Since 20 Mar 2013 12 Posts   Thu Aug 21, 14 9:27 pm     not even close & don't believe the video on their FB or website; most of the good footage was taken in the early summer before they were open and the dirt was still moist. Tons of loose sharp lava rock, washboards on every berm and only 3 maybe four trails. Lava Flow is the only trail worth riding. Its classic central Oregon moon dust with lava rock. After a rain it is pretty good but probably not worth it in the summer heat. They have just opened a second large trail, so 3-4 trails total.
