The Misfit (2013 in this case) looks like its all wood with just a resin or something similar clear coat over it. I'm not used to seeing this.
What is the durability of this construction over time. Will this board last years without requiring refinishing or similar?

You can ride the s$%t out of those boards and they are bomber. Sliders, kickers, rails, the beach... they're really good. No problems with mine in two seasons. Watch the SS media on their website on their board construction. Its pretty awesome.

agree with everyone..... I've had my misfit for two years and it still looks like new. American made and local are another plus for this board.

| I think there is a direct correlation to the quality of the board to how many times misfits are posted for sale. Not very often = a board that people ride and keep!! |
