From their website:
Quote: | How warm are Radiator wetsuits compared to other suits?
The Radiator 1.5mm sealed steamer will provide the same warmth as most 3/2 steamers currently available on the market. But because there is less rubber, you will have a great deal more flexibility, movement and comfort - ideal for fast performance watersports!
The Radiator 3/2 steamer will provide the equivalent warmth of a traditional 4/3mm wetsuit. The Radiator 3/2 is very popular with cold water surfers as well as divers and free-divers, who are after warmth with reduced buoyancy.
A Radiator 0.5mm vest is a great addition to your surf or dive bag. When the temperature drops and others are reaching for thick and bulky wetsuits, a Radiator vest (or full body suit) worn underneath an existing suit will give the equivalent warmth of an extra couple of millimetres. The Radiator vest is also great on warmer days when it is too hot for a full steamer - a pair of board shorts and a Radiator vest is the go!

Supposedly they are thinner than standard wetsuits but just as warm. I just wonder how well they really work
