Who's going to the Coast today?

This is one of those devil on one shoulder and angel on the other situations. Fresh snow on the mountain or big waves with possible wind?

Snow is not really so fresh on the mountain. I skied Meadows yesterday. Hard and icy in the morning - nice corn in the afternoon. No wind up there. Fairly good day skiing - but I am thinking kiting today. Considering the coast if the wind picks up.......

Kitesurfing at the coast? I don't think so! Maybe a session of flat water at the ponds is the only coastal option for wind today.

However, great day to break out the big wave surfing equipment and see what kind of cojones you got at the one of the swell exposed spots. Or head to Lincoln City and spectate the Nelscott Reef Paddle-in contest with all the international pro elite out there charging some very well overhead bombs.
