The river was way down when I left Sunday night. I don't think that will be like that for long.

Did you buy a new Boxer Tom, or was that a loaner? What did you think?

Nice shots Colby - the beach is huge - noticed the river drop super low on Sunday at the sandbar - can't believe you found blue sky and wind.

it's a loaner . props to bambam. Thumb's Up sweet kite. turns fast with the pulley system. yesterday i was really getting the timing down for boosting. I rode with bar/pulley at 2:1 over the weekend and yesterday I had it set up for 1:1. super light bar pressure.

ss was wild yesterday. we (toby, colby) were getting second gusts mid air that would really send it. water seemed really warm too but maybe that's bc the air is cooler. the beach is almost like rooster at low water level. all the shallow section is above water and water entry was a steep drop.

That sucks, I heard you could possibly park at the casino(museum..?) and hike to SS...Is that possible...? I myself - have never been to SS...So I'm not sure if it's a kitty walk or 2 mile hike from casino to the beach....

Its a museum not a casino. Dont think the hike would be too bad, I bet someone could make some money making an ATV trail and shuttleing people from the museum to SS. How much would you pay to ride?

our cars also got broken into Wink

...i'm being a bit sly about the tickets...but it's probably not a bad idea to do the park and hike thing or just hit Lyle and avoid all the running around.
