I didn't read the forecast for the gorge...did IKITESUCK miss it everywhere?
Forecast all week for the coast on Saturday was 12-14N, then Friday afternoon, the forecast mysteriously changed to 5-15 W to S
Actual on Saturday at Pacific City 10N
then, according to Ikitesuck: Sunday "flukey low teens at the coast"
Actual on Sunday: 20's WNW (was debating on going out on my 7)
I can understand a miss by a few miles an hour, but by 180 degrees wind direction? That seems a little extreme. I'm thinking the $10/month is a waste...
btw: NOAA.gov was spot on. |

Yeah ikite predictions are terrible. I wouldn't pay if I had a better way to call for whats going on from jobsites. We have sent them emails that would tweek thier predictions but they just don't care.  |

A holey, but ridable, day at the sandbar on Sat followed by "nuketakular-ness" (great word Phil) at the SS on Sunday. Thanks Kodiak and Phil for lending your 7m and 5m Wapoos to someone who could not seem to hold down her 9! They made the day a blast.
