I went to school in Walla Walla & we used to windsurf by the Marina at Wallula Jct. There used to be a windsurfing shop in the Tri-Cities back in the late 80's.

Used to live in Pendleton and I spent most of my time at 3 mile, and Roosevelt. Arrlinton is good for windsurfing but sucks for kiting. About 10 mins. east of Arlington is 3 mile, but it's an advanced kiteboard launch.
Roosevelt is a great spot and always a nice group of people to lauch you. _________________ Hey, I'm being hahahahahrassed! |

boardman has a nice sandy beach, and rufus is just a little further than arlington.
spring and early summer are the season, look for frontal passages. |
