I've seen the one that Brett posted and it does feel cheap...

The Otter Box that I've got for my Nano works awesome. And Tak just got a badass H2O audio one for his 3rd gen Nano.

Yeah the H20 audio products are pretty good. I have the nano and shuffle housings, I prefer the shuffle housing over the nano 'cuz it's much smaller.
I haven't tried the new headphones yet, the old ones work, but blow off your head when you bite it.

also you might look at swimman.com ipod shuffle without the need for any housing. works great and about as small as you can get. you can use any earphones with them, the ones they sell are great but optimized for swimming. they probably would not stay on while kiting...

Okay I just ordered two of the 2nd Gen Nano...it is all on you if I don;t like it heheh kidding. If you feel it is good enough, I think it is worth it. I'll use it sand up paddle boarding..and maybe on one of those cruising days....

I use a h2o man . it is a usb flash looking thing with its own case and waterproof headphones hold like 70 songs for around 50 bucks . However everytime a wave rolls me it shuts off. maybe the headphones shorting out?? it also does not jive with itunes format so you have to playgames with that.

it is nice not to have to carry the big expensive ipod around.

i've been searching for a WP case for the Zune....but all i've found is these cheesy looking drybag things and i would never trust.

the h20 audio seems like the best call, to bad they only make em for i-pod
