This mod will allow the rider to fine tune how far away the bar is away from them when the bar is released.
The new CCS Bar has the Stainless Ring attached to the fixed center line with a simple overhand knot allowing you to adjust the distance the bar flags out when released.
The mod for the old bar only requires is a pigtail to lengthen the fixed line taken up by the knot.
For the pigtail, I cut off the end of an old set of sheeting lines that were very worn where they went through the bars, but the line attachment end was in near perfect condition. This was then attached to the end of the fixed sheeting line and a then an overhand knot tied to attach the center line to.
Safety release in not affected and works perfectly!

This swivel has a very high quality sealed bearing and even holds up to salt water. With one of these you will never have to untwist center lines from looping, it is awesome.
I started out with the low friction rings on the slider bar rope and still have one, though not sure what I would ever do with it now. This Nano Swivel is the only swivel I have had ever had that actually worked, so cool.
