Looking at several square miles of bay water and rock steady wind. Only brought my surfboard. Anyone foiled this? Depth issues? Shipping lane is very well marked. Tides, but two miles of beach is you need to walk of shame. |

The north side of Lot D is deep enough to foil and it’s just a bit lighter than lot B. I’d feel safe enough to stay within 1/4 mile and you can sometimes get small peeling shorebreak when it’s really windy and the swell is over 6’ outside. The south side where we kite in the winter has shallow spots except at the top of high tide. |
