Anybody try BBB Car Rental at Los Cabo Airport. http://bbbrentacar.com/
There website has one of the best descriptions of auto insurance issues in Mexico I have seen. A friend who just in finished a kayaking trip recommended it. Wondering the cost? |

My rule of thumb is for a Jetta type mid-size you should end up at around $30/day when all is said and done. |

12 days in jan - feb period. Total $351.56. Average of $30/day.
Pre-booked through Dollar Rent a car (cartrawler.com) for a Chrysler Town and Country.
Premium Car insurance through AMEX - $24.95 every time I rent a car (One time charge) (Which I have yet to see a charge for)

I've noticed too that model coolness doesn't always seem to translate...out of my last 3 mexi-rentals, Jetta, Taurus, and some other model I never heard of, the Jetta was the most ghetto. |
