Watching / waiting for a late push. It's not looking real great with Astoria in the 80's. We may have to reschedule on a more favorable wind day.

Stay tuned

				Kip ,

We are heading to the Gorge today. You are more than welcome to try the hover glide. I am still getting my ass kicked by it but a local kiter Kevin jumped on it last night and was doing great on it. I might need to go back to the taxi mast ?

				| Jon - (I've heard) on average you need 10 hours of on water time flailing with the foil before muscle memory starts to kick in on movements and you begin to get decent straight line runs. That's how it went for me more or less. You will get there, just put the time in.

The "age" factor comes to play on that 10 hour muscle memory theory. At 66 it seemed more like 60 hours... all in over-power La Ventana. Neuroplasticity falls off with age... and maybe those recreational 1960's

"Neuroplasticity refers to the potential that the brain has to reorganize by creating new neural pathways to adapt, as it needs. Think of the neurological changes being made in the brain as the brain's way of tuning itself to meet your needs."
